Im sorry but I couldn’t believe my eyes, interior looked terrible , saved photos to show whoever of my Lexus. I have paint that has been damaged by the high pressure cleaning on bonnet and bumper.I am not fussy but they won’t see me again and i will likely take it further .

I get my car washed on a monthly basis and thought I'd give this company a go. Worst wash I've had so far. Totally missed the dash board and dirt was still left on the exterior. It feels like they just want to get the wash done as fast as possible rather than do a good job. Won't be going back!

Don't use this car wash, they wipe your interior with some kind of chemical product and it stains the interior - I drive a new BMW X5 and have marks on my seats and door trim which ill now have to spend more money getting fixed. If you care about your car, take it elsewhere. I've reached out to the management for a response to rectify the issue and have been ignored.

Amazing and quick service! Professional and polite staff, did an amazing job internally and externally of my car. Left a refreshing new smell in my car - highly recommend!!

I really wanted to support a new local business and had high hopes bringing my Jaguar F-Type here... but I just can't endorse this place. I should have turned around as soon as I arrived.The service was aweful (I wasnt offered a coffee even though it came with my wash and the cafe was not manned), the staff undertrained, and I had my heart in my mouth the entire time... thinking why did I bring it here... every time I heard my car horn (meaning they were trying to push the pop-up door handles in). There was one point where they engaged park without the hand brake/fully stopping and the metal crunch was horrific.You cant watch your car being washed, theres nothing else to do but sit (without coffee), and to top it off I now also have a few swirl marks from the wash. First and last time.

Do not, I repeat do not go here. Here here twice once with my work Ute and once with my personal car, work Ute was left dusty inside and the rear seat floors weren’t even vacuumed, however that was when they first opened. Took my bmw there today, they scratched up my infotainment screen and instrument cluster, however couldn’t wipe the dust off the dash or even wipe the inside of the windscreen (even after I asked for that). Can’t make a hot chocolate to save their lives either. Absolutely wanted to support a local hills dad business however anytime I have I’ve been burnt….

Wanted to support a new local business, but was left very disappointed.I went when they weren't particularly busy, but they still took so long, about an hour. I thought that's okay, at least they're taking their time and it'll be a good thorough clean.Unfortunately I was wrong. So much dust still lying around, water marks everywhere. Below average job.And they advertise barista coffee but no barista or proper espresso machine in sight. One of the staff just pushes a button on an automatic machine and hands you a terrible coffee. Think they need to look up the term barista in a dictionary.Sorry to be blunt, guys. I hope you can take this feedback on board and make some changes.Looks like there have been quite a few others who've had similar experiences.
