Managing our own property has been easy as with this platform. It does everything for you. Including end of financial year report! It is affordable and easy to set up. Their support service is very responsive, by email and by phone. Highly recommend.

Great software solution for Landlords to property manage themselves. There is a BPay option so you don't need to share your own bank details with tenants, online applications that ensures you get all the details you need, ability to request tenant checks, automatic alerts to tenants, tenant log in area, reporting, receipts, advertising on the main real estate portals is included for basic listings (and more!). I thought I'd give it a try and liked it so much I added another property. There is always support for you as you go as well, any questions answered in a timely manner (by a human!). Highly recommend!

If you're a landlord and don't want the hassle of chasing Tenants up when their rent is behind and issuing remedy notices then realrenta works. It's a nice simple automated solution for us landlords. I currently have three properties running through it and it's been simple and great. Reason for 4 stars and not 5, it just needs a little work on reporting for expenses to make it easier for my accountant at the end of year. You won't regret using this software.
