Very caring towards our much loved pet.

I took Mia in for some rough stuff they needed to do, one yelp i heard...a couple of needles and LOVE...she got the love, the yelp she needed....but the over all LOVE she deserved...AND got...I had to drag her away from the love she got....They told me, showed me and done what was needed...as a first time owner of such an outstanding British Bulldog, I left with knowledge that, she is safe...and with firm confirmation from this crew...all done..BUT Mia wants to come back tomorrow...I think that might be for the treats....not the stab in the neck with a needle...GREAT CREW...Mia....SIT....5 mnths, calm down....Will advance warn for extra treats...BUT WHAT A GREAT SERVICE AND LOVE FROM THIS TEAM....From the shop to the vet...Mia, Sit...Jesus...Puppys Eh...

My step father took his little dog in for a nail clip shave and bath 30 minutes later to the vet calling saying his little dog has fallen off the table with her collar and chain on and Hung till dead Unsupervised Like your supposed to take your dog to the vet and feel safe and put your trust into them and this happens what’s even worse is she was 5-6 weeks pregnant I wouldn’t even give one star but I had to write this review Slack as can’t do one job

totaly dont care should be the honest truth and told by management horses mouth! because I told them there where over priced! if you ask them why am I being over priced you will be told they don’t care! questioned them about there price hick and told them clearly I will not becoming back and will let others know about being rip off! after that got a email by total care vets that my family and I are not welcome as well! So i do not advise customers to come to this vet with there over pricing and bad attitude! you will be ripped off over priced and they do not care! To you comment total care vets I was not abusive or rude in anyway! I was shocked with the high price increase to me it a total rip off! Made it very clear to you that your are way over priced that is not being abusive you were more upset more then I was because I told you the truth and the truth hurts! You can stay in business if you don’t tell people you do not care and keep rising prices! for my personal business you no nothing pretty much! I was not abusive i was saying the honest truth you just can not handle a customer telling you your over priced! I was shocked but was not abusive! What is abusive is your pricing! Yes we did complain about your hike in prices and I think your a total rip off when you over charge people! So now I’m going to chinchilla vets with better customer service a better attitude better pricing would you call them cheap? Have a great day!

We’ve always used Total Care and they are amazing. They have always gone above and beyond for our pets and we’ve never doubted that our animals were in the best hands. The staff are so friendly, kind and compassionate.

Just got ripped $86.05 for a flea and tick edible that I only pay $45 for elsewhere.
