Worst people I’ve ever met. No one was on store and I was just looking to the beautiful flowers and when I tried to take photos man screamed and said not allowed to take pictures here so rude, never been there again. I feel bad about the flowers cause they must be with nice people

Walked into this florist today and the staff were so friendly and helpful! I gave them my budget and my occasion (a work colleagues mat leave), they had full choice of flowers for the arrangement and it turned out so beautiful! A lovely green and hearty bunch given the current 39 degree weather so that it would last. The store itself is stunning, full of beautiful flowers, plants, pots and gifts. Would definitely recommend and purchase there again.

Beautiful shop but worst customer service. The man at the counter told me that I can’t video call in the shop coz I was loud and he can’t hear his colleagues calling him. What a joke!HELLO, pls put up a board that “one can’t talk loudly”On the other hand, I wasn’t even loud/noisy.Poor service. Never visiting this store.

I've made an order for an anniversary, in person, three weeks in advance and paid in full! I gave them full flexibility about what flowers to use and the delivery address in also in the CBD, literally two blocks away.The only requirement I had: deliver in the morning, as early as possible! The delivery address was a governmental building with 24/7 coverage.It's almost 3PM and after calling the shop four times with no answer, I finally got someone that told me very blunt that my order was not delivered and the driver is in the area"...I was a florist for more than a decade on two continents. I've had thousands of orders to deliver and made many of those myself.I know that my order was the ideal one: way in advance

Place is amazing, beautiful flowers but worse customer service, the man and the woman didn’t want to help us with building a bouquet, was trying to get assistance but they didn’t seem bothered with helping. Then at the end they rushed us to pay because “they have other customers waiting” even though I wasn’t done and was still adding stuff. Very disappointed to be treated so badly when we spent more then 200$.

Best experience I've ever had buying flowers for valentines day, staff were super helpful. I came in a few times over the week to check things as I was stressed, and they were just as kind and just as patient each and every time.

Horrible custom service. Called to order and pick up. Asked specifically to be ready for a simple bunch of roses to be wrapped up on time. Parked the car outside on the street running into the store to pick up and the flower was not ready. I asked if I could stand on the street to watch the car and when the flower is ready to bring out to me after payment. The custom service asked me to “clam down and wait” and they were “too busy to wrapped it” and refused to bring the flower to me while I could watch my car. They had no willing to help. The rose was not good quality; they were not fresh and wilted and the wrapping was not wrong too (the flower was in the paper too low). This place used to be great. Not sure what happened. A change of ownership? Will not visit again.

The flowers are fresh and elegant with reasonable price. We bought them for a bridal bouquet!

Terrible customer service! If you don’t want to service customers- QUIT YOUR JOB AND STAY HOME! Extremely arrogant, rude, sarcastic and unhelpful staff- both the lady and the man. My wife is new to Melbourne and was shocked to be treated the way she was treated. Either Mel CBD doesn’t deserve a florist like yours or the florist don’t deserve staff like you! NEVER going back or recommending them!
