Worst distributor I've had the displeasure of using in my 30 years in hospitality. Always late with deliveries, rude customer service and management is a joke. They make you feel like you're supposed to be helping them, not the other way around. Definitely don't use!

Poor customer serviceDriver was great and prices are great but upon attempt to return goods, they failed to respond for weeks and then the rude manager finally told me that they only accept returns within 3 weeks of delivery.Appealed to them on the basis that communication had been attempted immediately to no avail but they just ignored my email again.Extremely disappointed as I’m a brand new small business and every dollar counts.Other companies have been so supportive but not Daily Fresh.

I've waited more then 1 hour to u load 2 pallets. Very slow service and very rude forklift drivers. The intercoms at the gate is not even working. I wouldn't recommend any business to do business with this company other ways you be paying the drivers from your own pocket to deliver their freight.This place is a rubbish yard.
