Had been here before for threading and was intrigued by the rest of there services and decided to use my only day off to book a few services I was really looking forward too. The staff were unaware I had a appointment when I turned up and quick to show me there phones saying they have no messages. I asked if I could still get it done but they said they had to close at 4 even though it says they close at 5:30 and that they could only do my lashes... (which you can’t do good lashes in less than an hour)I left really disappointed and they way it was all handled by the in store staff I actually felt really embarrassed. I also couldn’t call the store because there phones does not work.I think this place offers some great services but I can’t recommend, after all I left feeling embarrassed and really deflated and wasted my day off work.

Brownie is fabulous! She does beautiful lash extensions, brow tinting, threading & I just had my lash extensions taken off & had a lash lift & tint! She's really lovely & her customer service is wonderful.highly recommended

Extremely pleasant experience with Aman today. Had threading and tinting done on my eyebrows and lash lift and tint. All throughout the process Aman kept checking on me which was really nice. I was initially going to have lash tint only but she suggested to get the lash lift as well as i would suit me and im glad i did. The difference was clearly visible afterwards. This is my go to place for threading and tinting. And i will soon be back for facial as well. Thank you once again.

I always go to this place for threading, waxing and eye lash extensions. Ruchika is very gentle and very friendly and provides excellent customer service. She does an excellent job with eye lash extensions, threading and body waxing. I got my eye lash extensions done twice from her and both times she did an amazing job. I will highly recommend Ruchika to get your services done with excellent results.

I got my eyebrows and tint done by kawaljit..she is very professional,calm and friendly when doing her job. I would highly recommend this place. There is pleasant atmosphere at these premises and I will be happy to return as well as recommend it to others.
