The customer service team is not helpful at all. She claims that she doesn't know where is the closest waste management centre in Hunter area. Unbelievable.

Please review how your drivers cover their loads. This afternoon one of your trucks let loose some rocks from some old ag pipes that weren’t correctly covered, hitting my car while I was travelling down the hunter expressway, cracking the windshield. I now need to spend $1000 on a new windshield. Thanks.
