Hands down the best way to tour Cairns is on an e-bike!! Definitely rent from these guys they're super helpful and it's so fun to ride around for the day. Highly recommend :)

Had a great time hiring 4 e-scooters , 2 adults 2 kids aged 13. Hiring process was fast and no fuss. More cost effective if hiring for 3 to 4 hours than beam pay the minute scooters. Highly recommend.

My bike you said you fixed only worked for two weeks after I received it back, it has the same problem it doesn't work at all. I bought bike at Cairns Electric Bikes, never ending problems & dramas headaches. I send it back on warranty but Cairns Electric Bikes cannot fix it. That's why I didn't give your Business a high rating on Google.

Very helpful staff at Cairns Electric Bikes, Thanks Deanne, helped me understand how the Ebike works.We were also impressed with the dedicated Bike Paths and Cycleways, safe from traffic.We went to Redlynch Valley and back.As a first timer on these Ebikes, my husband said I did really well, and we both had a great day.

Bought an e-bike and got a fair price. Even though we were quoted a lower price than the final invoice. We’re made to feel we tried to dodge the correct pricing even though we had a hand written quote with a different price. Had issues under warranty and got bullied by owner over the phone. Was told we should be thankful for good deal and not claim technical issues under warranty through different shop as we had moved on? Even bike manufacturer we then dealt with told us there were multiple complaints from other customers regarding this shops owners inappropriate behaviour. Stay away…

Because we didn’t buy our scooter from them they rubbished the scooter which cost $2700 not rubbish at all. We supplied our own parts which wasn’t a problem however they didn’t fit those told us they were cheap Chinese parts tube and tyre but didn’t tell us until we picked it up and they charged us.. then upped the price again for complaining about that. Very cocky attitudes on both staff members - would not recommend unless you want to be insulted and ripped off.

Obliging and friendly service. We opted for their cheap basic bikes which were really easy to ride and more than adequate for the terrain and distance we wanted to cover. Cairns is a great place for cyclists.

Hired an ebike on the spur of the moment this morning and really glad I did. After getting a map and really helpful directions I cycled to Crystal Cascades and back (50km). The ebike was fantastic, comfortable and not too heavy, it also has a basket. It was $45 for the day which I think is totally reasonable. Friendly, helpful service - would definitely recommend.
