Dreadful. Bedroom okay. Bathroom a disgrace. Couldn't open or close bathroom door. Tiles falling off bathroom wall. Mouldy shower curtain.Don't know what market they are after but for that money better to sleep in your car and cop a fine.

Second time we've stayed here. Very comfy and clean bed. ( yes i did check ... i always do) Can hear trucks but didn't bother us too much. Price very good and very friendly staff. Its old but clean enough for a stop over between Adelaide and Melbourne. Breakfast included. Good sized TV.

Comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Extremely friendly staff, and very cheap. Only complaint would be that the rooms are a bit dated, and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise, extremely happy.

Nice big room, comfortable bed. Good for short stay. nice friendly staff. But bathroom need immediate renovation as I was scared by the look and water drainage was slow.

The good: this is OK for a stop-over, free Wifi, the shower was good and the staff is friendly.Other than that, keep your expectations low. The walls in our room were literally taped together. It's got that run-down feel to it. We shared the pool with frogs, cute.There is not much in town and the shops/kitchens close early, so hurry with ordering food or a visit to the supermarket. The roadhouse next door offers OK food.

A bit old but clean and well maintained. Great value for money. Noticed the lorries at first but didn't disturb my sleep. Free breakfast, too.

Rooms are a bit outdated but the beds were comfortable and clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, enjoyed patting the horses on the property. For the cheap price you pay its okay.

I mean you're note coming here for a holiday so I suppose it does the job, pretty much bang halfway between Melbourne and Adelaide. Room was very dirty, best to avoid the bathrooms if you can. Lots of bugs in the rooms at night if that bothers you.
