Same old woolworths nothing special but nothing to have a cry about. The store always manages to have stock and the staff are always friendly. In a really good plaza with various different shops.

A worker named Neil was very nice and a goat (greatest of all time) and hooked me up with prime that was nowhere to be seen on the shelves

I believe Shane is to be thanked, for his polite & thoughtful manner - having offered to get me a basket, whilst I was wandering around, with a mountain of fresh produce in my arms. (I only went in for one thing)!! I was chuffed, very rarely do you get service like that!!

I have been using Woolworths Cessnock for over 25 years and have enjoyed polite friendly service for all this time. My only complaint is the management really needs to repair/replace the shopping trolley wheels with some urgency. It is not a good experience using shopping trolleys that we have to struggle with.

The place is neglected. There’s not a single trolley that works or rolls straight. It smells like sewage near the ‘fresh produce’ and meat. Nothing is ever stocked. The seafood looks like it’s been sitting there for weeksPeople drive 30min to singleton to avoid Cessnock which is 5 minutes away. That says something.

Nice location in the heart of Hunter Valley’s Cessnock Village, clean organised shelvings, friendly staff, items reasonable costings, lots of different eateries from sushi to chicken and all that…highly recommended ;)
