We engaged O'brien real estate to sell our home in Patterson Lakes. It became very clear in the 1st few inspections, they were misreading the buyers market and focused more on the negatives of the sale than the sale itself. After 8 weeks, we requested to have the agent removed, as we felt they were spending more time collecting data on prospective upcoming house sales from interested buyers than selling our home. After long discussion with the agent principle, They insisted going to auction as their means to seek an outcome, which 4 weeks later with their 2nd agent in charge, flopped and cancelled the auction with no genuine buyers on the day, which was an embarrassment to the agency and its team. 12 weeks of empty promises, misdirection and woeful approach to selling a $2M home.

Perfect staging, marketing, viewing appointments & sale all within two weeks of listing! Communication was very transparent & regular throughout the process. Marketing reach was very impressive with analytics weekly to evidence the campaign. Tanja, Josh and Adele took care of everything from start to finish - all I had to do was sign the dotted line. Great experience all round.
