Nikki is very welcoming, friendly and professional and the entire reception/waiting area is relaxing and pleasant to be in. Coffee, cold drinks and treats are a lovely touch. Elise is professional, knowledgeable and caring. Her gentle touch made my procedure painless. I am extremely pleased with the results of my treatments and would highly recommend Striking Aesthetics. Initial consultation was exactly what I was hoping for. Nikki at the front to greet me immediately made me feel at ease. Friendly and professional and also a very relaxed and personalised 1 on 1 experience within the clinic. Impressed enough to book my first treatment the same day which was comfortable and stress free. Elise listened to my concerns and gave advice regarding the treatments I went ahead with.

I received an immediate & warm welcome upon arrival from Nikki (& on a SUNDAY!)My needs and past experience were addressed in an open & professional manner by Elise, whose needle work is excellent.The whole appointment was friendly & quite amazing.I have found my new fave salon (loved that the pics of where the door is were sent to my phone pre-appointment!)Will return.Highly recommend :)
