I contacted them as my engel was not working as it should. Andy suggested a remedy which rectified the situation. I appreciate their integrity as they could have told me to bring it in and charged me to fix a simple problem and I would have been none the wiser. Thank you Engel World.

Advertised on their website clearly that they have an introduction to hanguns session available at their range. So I went there and was told they haven't done that for ages. Instead I was directed to other venues but I didn't have the time. Inconvenient and frustrating.

REcently moved to the Perth Hills and have been here twice. The first time was just to have a general look at what they stock, and the second time to purchase a couple of specific items.Unfortunately I was disappointed both times. The shelves are almost bare, the woman who is behind the counter seems to know almost nothing about what they stock or if it can be ordered, she is pretty unfriendly and has a no care attitude. The other bloke in the shop, who I think is her husband, is more knowledgeable, but when I asked about whether they would order a couple of reloading itesm I needed, his reponse was go check out a few other shops

I enjoyed the training I was given in the range and the options laid out on the table for me with respect to the benefits available to members. Going there off peak times certainly helps. I cant recommend the place enough, based on my experience with them over the years.

Called up to see if I could sight in a 45/70 there and was told not a problem so made a booking for the next day when I called up the next day to see if I could bring a friend along I was told I couldn’t shoot my 45/70 there after allIt was the purpose of going there

Just picked up my 40l engel that I put in to get fixed.I told them it wasn’t working on 12v or 240v, when they rang to discuss the needed repair they told me it was working fine on 12v it was only 240 side that was u/s, so very honest.Got fixed and guys were having a laugh and joking when we picked it up “it must have been operator error “ why I didn’t get it working on 12v. They even threw in a couple of freebies to boot.Thanks guys.

Went into see about some rubber feet for my old Engel fridge. I wasn’t sure if the model for the parts and the guys were very helpful . They went and checked from an old fridge the had a the back and the feet were the correct ones . The guys then said they were free . Fantastic old school service and would highly recommend. When my old Engel finally dies I will purchase a new one from here . Thanks heaps
