Someone threw a rock at my car and smashed a window. Norm is a man of his word and did a great job with sourcing and installing a replacement window at a very reasonable price. Faye was very good at answering my questions and keeping me apprised of progress on the delivery of the replacement glass. They have been in the business for a long time and it shows in the quality of their work and the finishing touches they apply. They even washed my car for me!

Guys are super friendly, knowledgeable and competitive with other repairers.

Norm and his son Alan are the best in the business. We have been using Complete Smash for over 25 years on our vehicles. Nothing is too much trouble, and they bend over backwards to make sure the job is 100% and quality comes first. Norm, Faye and Alan are such great people to deal with. Highly recommended. Norm and his team have done a number of jobs repairing our cars over the years, and we have always come away totally satisfied and happy with the results. He is a great bloke to deal with and as other reviewers have said, aims for quality over quantity. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Norm and Faye are the nicest people and made a terrible experience easy to navigate. I was involved in a car accident and wasn’t covered for a hire car, they guided me to a no cost not at fault car hire company and went over and above to get my car repaired quickly. When I collected the car it was immaculate and in perfect condition inside and out. If I am ever unfortunate enough to need smash repairs again, I will be going directly to them. Unbelievably good service from start to finish.
