After having a member of the Airlisting team attend our property for a valuation appraisal on Tuesday, we still have not received the appraisal (which we were promised by the following day), nor have we had so much as a follow up call, email or text, and it is now 3 days later.Some other notable points:- The agent had little to no knowledge of our local area, so had clearly taken no time to familiarise herself prior to attending.- We felt that very little attention was paid while she was viewing our property - We even had to draw her attention to details that she'd very clearly missed, which other agents had said were premium qualities that set us apart from our competition (sounds like they're the kind of things you want to pay attention to to me).She was more interested in trying to push a staging package on us, asking not once, but twice, if we'd like to schedule a time in with the staging agent.... uhhhh, no, you haven't even told us what you think our property could sell for yet. We explained that we actually own a furniture business, so will ensure it is beautifully staged by our interior designer when it's ready to go to market, she said that the staging company will use things like premium bed linen and may even be able to use some of our furniture instead of having to rent theirs which will save us money. Uhhhm, what??? Last time I checked, bed linen doesn't sell houses and why would I pay anyone to use our furniture in staging our home??All in all, it was an absolute waste of time having these guys come out - I essentially just had a stranger walk through my home for nothing! We still don't have their appraisal of our property, and if this is how they handle a potential vendor, I can only imagine how the rest of the process would go.It's true what they say, you get what you pay for.

Donna took time to understand our expectations and then set about exceeding them. Two open houses, four offers and off the market in ten days, hot on the heels of Australia’s tenth consecutive interest rate rise. Our sale price surpassed those of similar surrounding properties. Recently sold a property with Airlisting and I am very happy with the sale of the property. I had been following them for well over a year before I decided to sell my property and when it came to time to sell, it was a very easy decision in choosing them to sell the property. Their unique approach in selling properties resonated very well with me and having results to back them is truly amazing. From the first email, phone conversations, and appraisal, I felt confident that this was the right agency to sell the property although they were not a local agency. I spoke to a few local agents to get a comparison prior to signing with Airlisting but I wasn't happy with their appraisals, marketing strategies and the fees they charged. Despite taking longer to sell the property, the property sold in the price range I had in my at the appraisal meeting I had with Airlisting and higher than the local agents had appraised the property at. The whole team worked very hard to sell the property and they were very happy to assist if any questions arose. If you are thinking of selling a property, I can't recommend them highly enough.

The Airlisting team did a great job and it was due to their approach and business model that enabled us to to sell our house in a difficult market. We will definitely recommended them and will have no hesitation is using them again when the need arises.

It took 6 months to sell our house, but then we were selling a lifestyle (house on 13 acres, chooks, cattle yards work sheds etc) not just a house, and Covid hit 2 weeks after it went on the market. We did use a guide a few times for our open houses Johnathan was wonderful, very pleasant and not the usual pushy sales agent. We found it beneficial selling ourselves as we could give the correct, genuine information about the place to prospective buyers. And we didn't have to pay that exorbitant agents fee. Airlisting staff were always there to help especially with setting it all up, Jayson was a wonder, can definitely recommend.
