Jack at JB Electrical is the epitome of a good tradesman. Professional, friendly, caring, trustworthy and on-time with great knowledge and understanding of your needs! We have recently asked for help in getting a quote together for additions for our house build we have coming up and he has just been a pleasure to have a chat to and discuss our needs. Level 2 work that was discussed over the phone after storm damage Jack made all the decisions for me. New pole in a great spot, everything really neat with absolute minimum of exposed conduit etc. Got on the job very quickly. I haven't met the guy yet but from go to wo everything was very professional, personable and easy. Quote seemed very reasonable so I went no further after a conversation with Jack. 6 out of 5.

Very impressed with the professionalism, punctuality and cleanliness of Jordan who came to do a number of little jobs including installing new lights moving switches and putting in a light sensor.They were on time for the quote and to do the work, great communication to ensure everything was exactly what we wanted.I highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future.

Jack responded very promptly to our enquiry and was able to get our job booked in quickly. Jordan attended our house and showed up on time. Did everything we needed with a quick turn around time and everything was done within our budget. Would definitely use again!
