Found this company to be very untrustworthy when it came to supplying accounts.They refuse to offer itemised accounts as per Law, and offer sub standard service in other areas.Do yourself a favor and seek out a more reputable firm.

We're a new customer of ECN and I think they're so much better than Telstra! The fact that you can call their tech support number and talk to a person is great! Kudos to FRED who always take the time to assist us when we have technical issues. He's very knowledgeable, so polite and patient! Other ECN technicians could learn something from FRED to keep your clients happy and stay loyal to your company. All in all, I highly recommend this company!

To think there's a Brisbane based company that has a fully cloud based voice pabx solution that was created, written and supported locally. I recently had a demonstration from Shane Hummel and very impressed. We are currently in the process of implementing it so we can operate as a cohesive business across the globe and have a Australian 1300 to connect to us anytime. That's brilliant.

I've been with ECN since Mark and Betty started it also. Always great customer support - Betty used to answer the phone at 11pm! Had a few issues with CADIZ change, but hopefully it will be OK. Great that ECN is based in Brisbane.
