I really like buying there. The service is great. Carol is the best employee, and I buy from them at least 3 times per year.

I was contractor at the store today conducting a routine safety check on the electrical appliances, I was extremely impressed with staff support and the customer service I observed with the customers. I have personally shopped at this store previously and have always found the staff to be pleasant, helpful and respectful. Well done to the team at the Plenty Valley store.

Staff are friendly, kind, honest, hard workers, kind and patient. The staff gave me true and useful advices. It was only me and another lady so we didn’t have to wait long, but on different times it can get really crowded. The shop was a bit squishy though, but I still like it. Thanks to all the staff especially Marise. I loved my visit sure will be coming back.

The only reason I am giving this store 1 star is for the 5 star service I received from a Christmas casual in store today. I came into the store today for some last minute Christmas shopping and was rudely asked by an older staff member to hurry up and be more considerate to the other people waiting outside the store to come in.If I was taking too long, there were other ways to approach this situation. The young casual staff member chose to leave me with the catalogue and give me a little more time to decide, which should have been done prior to lecturing me in front of other customers. If the young staff member had not done such a good job, I would have left on the spot after that experience.Retail staff should not be taking out their Christmas frustrations on young customers. I felt this staff member thought that I would not purchase anything and wanted me out of the store. PS I ended up buying 6 items.Overall, a very disappointing experience. Don't come in during Christmas period.

Staff here are lovely. Willing to show everything but very understanding when it was something that I didn't like and to move on.

Today my son and I went into Pandora Plenty Valley to purchase some Christmas gifts. The lovely sales assistants Joanne and Emily helped both my son and I with our selections. Very good product Knowledge and personal skills.

It took a long time to get served here. When I arrived there was one sales assistant working and three people waiting. This number grew to about 8 in a few minutes. Once I did get assistance the service was very good.

Went to get a new reflections bracelet for myself. Didn't know my size or what size I needed to change to. The style i wanted wasnt available and the Staff didn't even want to help size me up or anything, just told me to measure it myself and then call a store to see if it was available.Very unhappy with this experience
