My usual chemist. I probably spend up to $200 a month there & drive from the Southside just to do it. Great parking & usually friendly. Last night I was screamed at by a male counter staff of South Asian heritage. He spoke slowly and loud to me like I was unable to understand what he was saying. He was extremely rude and I gave him absolutely no reason to act like he did. Train your staff to respect all customers regardless of what we look like. He needs more customer service training!

Very large spaces store, varieties of pharmacy brands in less price.Always crowded.Staff serving in the pharmacy and the cash counter are less....Keep atleast 30 to 40 minutes for a single medicine dispatch...Management please take note of adding additional Pharmacist to minimise the waiting time period

Some of the staff here are very rude. Twice I've come here to shop and in both occasions they have had 50% off cosmetic s as soon as I come to the register it s scan s differently, due to the sale ending a day prior, my argument is you are advertising falsely and the consumer has the right be charged the sale price- (the staff replies we forgot to take it down) . We can't sell to you the previous promotion.

Went during a busy time to get a script filled so had about a half hour wait. But the staff were friendly and there were lots of things to look at while I waited. Reasonable prices and good variety of health and beauty products.

Absolutely awful service. Had a click and collect to grab and waited at the designated C&C que. After serving more then 5 customer who came in after me at regular que I told the teller Iv been waiting here for 5 mins.Just to be told rudely that you should have told us and you won't get any priority just because I have click n collect.There are signs on the floor and the teller stating to que on the window if you have C&C .The staff at the counter instead started arguing with me.Please retrain your staff or take those signs off if you don't want us to make a separate que for C&C.

#INCORRECT DOSAGE PRESCRIBED#This pharmacy prescribed my partner 50mg of a medication instead of the 25mg written on the script. Partner has had to call in sick for a week off work and has been very unwell.

I have my scrips get there sometimes I have to read 3 or 4 times a day just to get through surely management needs to not just think about prophet and worry about service is busy enough
