When I visit my pop, he hasn’t been properly taken care of, he has had things stolen from him, he can’t sleep. He shouldn’t have to feel unsafe in his environment and he used to come down to our place and they had forgotten to pack his insulin and he looked very faint when my parents took him fishing which is what he loves doing. And even today, we had asked a worker just a simple question and she was rude. The elderly should feel like it’s their home not jail. They deserve to be respected and the right to feel safe and secure and like they are heard. They should know their rights and I know that my pop did not know his rights.

cannot fault the care they gave my muminlaw dorothy bruce 3.3.1935 23.11.2018 but having money still not returned in january that was debited on her account for her care for december after she passed away that i do find fault with,,phone calls letters does not sit well
