Nice store however one particular older sales lady is very rude and condescending. Have not been able to step foot back in this store ever since despite wanting to visit for an in store experience.

Just went in today to look for a dress for an engagement party. The staff were very lovely, super friendly and extremely helpful with style advice. I put a dress on hold while I looked around the rest of Westfield garden city for other options then ended up returning because what I found was the best fitting, most comfortable material, perfect for the event and a price I’m happy to pay because I know 100% I will get many wears out of it and it is quality that lasts.I wear a size 14/L in most clothing (which I personally struggle to accept yet!) but I managed to fit a size 12 which made me feel good. Will definitely be shopping here more often :)

Nice store, but beware. They put red tag on “sale items” which has the same price as the original price. They make it look as if it was discounted. I found it in one of the shoes “on sale”. Very clever.

One of the sale representatives (an old lady) in Garden city branch is EXTREMELY rude, the manager should fire her for being a sexist.
