Michaelanne's dedication, commitment and professionalism was second to none in 11 years as my property manager. All the tenants were thoroughly screened, ensuring that we had good quality tenants. She always kept me informed during the tenant selection process. She always followed up to ensure any property repair/maintenance was fixed. Last but not least, the most important one, rent payments were NEVER late. Highly recommended

Whenever I have a chance, always recommend Michaelanne to people around me.Michaelanne has managed our investment properties for more than 5 years.Her professionalism, details focused approach and high quality and transparent service really build up trust and give us peaceful mind.Always have good tenants, attend emergency issues from tenants and fix up straightaway, very helpful end of financial year rental statements for tax return, just to name a few.
