Incognito Comics

Ordered comics online which arrived fast, packed nicely and well presented.Unfortunately, one comic I received was the wrong item. Something I already owned.Contacted them and complimented their service and asked in a friendly way about the incorrect item.They replied with just wanting to see a photo. So I sent them pics. After a few days even followed up to confirm they got them and if the needed anything else. No response.Contacted them again another day later and was just told that they were busy and I had been given a refund for that comic and that they didn't want it back. (Which makes sense if return postage would cost them more than it's worth.)Never once got an acknowledgement of a mistake with my order or any kind of apology or anything. Had to contact them again to even find out what happened and if I could still buy it and found that the stock was in the wrong place and wasn't available.A small mistake with stock is fine but probably shouldn't take a week and 5 emails to get to the bottom of it. Took another star off for the copy of Supergirl 60 they sent which had some pretty harsh brown stains along the top, that I didn't even mention to them before.

Brilliant staff and online presence and process.Easily found what I'm looking for.They were really cool when I had clicked on pick up" instead of delivery ans they noticed I was so far away in NSW.Swift delivery. Lovely welcome note and lollies!(I wish I was closer so I could experience the store

Clean bright store with friendly, knowledgable staff that have a great collection of DC, Marvel, Dark House and many others including Manga plus comics, collectables, statues, storage solutions etc. Well laid out store that is well worth a visit.

I’m trying to sell some comic books and so sent them an email as their website says to do. Had no reply, sent another email, no reply, called and left a voicemail, no reply. Not very good customer service.
