I could not recommend the Hobart store more highly, my partner and I went in to purchase a pair of new boots and we were both so incredibly impressed with their level of service and knowledge. We ended up walking out of the store with 3 pairs!!! Michelle and Irena we're so patient and took the time ( close to 3 hours) to find the best fit of boots for my partner, sharing their knowledge and making sure we were purchasing the perfect pair of boots. I will never make an RMW purchase anywhere else after the incredible experience we had in the Hobart store.

Had an amazing first experience at the store. The style and set up of the store is lovely, plenty of wooden finishes, beautiful. Staff are attentive, positive and willing to help out at any time. Would reccomend anyone in the cbd to check it out, the quality of the products is incredible.

Massive shout out to Jenni and the store manager Michelle. I had a pair of boots that I purchased 1 year ago in Newcastle that the leather had started peeling on. As soon as Michelle saw the boots she acknowledged the leather was faulty and immediately swapped them. She took a lot of time with me and even though she was not getting a sale she took her time with me, resized me and didn’t rush anything. I would not hesitate to recommend Jenni and Michelle and RM Williams. Their customer service was very impressive. I’m a very happy customer.

I had a very good experience visiting this store for the first time. I wasn't in a position to purchase a pair of boots during this visit, but Adam was all too happy to help me out with sizing and trying on a couple of pairs.

Contrary to the earlier reviewer, my own experience was very positive. As something considerably less than a professional-appearing, high-flyer myself, the staff were friendly, attentive - and patient. I purchased nothing, but have determined to return owing to the informative but un-intrusive nature of the staff, and the manifest quality of the products - a pair of unbelievably comfortable rum-coloured boots, which I hope to be the owner of soon.

My first visit was a fantastic experience,such knowledgable people a clean and a well presented store. Employees speak with proffesionalism and attend to customers with pride and a helpful service. Very happy to see Hobart has included such a reputable and quality brand, an iconic Australian brand at that. I intend on spending money on quality items as time passes.

Have bought multiple pairs and always had the best customer service! Recently gave a pair for repair that was unfortunately lost in transit but the situation was handled with utmost promptness and things like these that translates into loyalty towards RM Williams.

My review doesn't reflect an opinion on RMW, but a reflection on the cold service by the younger staff.Been buying RMW for a couple decades now and usually have great service. Not today.Had all intentions of spending approx 700 and walking out with a pair of new craftsmen and a belt, but they weren't willing to work with me on price because we don't do discounts here". Being from Adelaide I know this is rubbish
