Popped in to have a look at what was there. Didn't realise you could get so many other brands in there now. Become a bit like a factory seconds store, which isn't a bad thing.

This shop has changed a lot since my last visit. It now carries a better range of shoes and clothes. Must have liked it as I spent a fortune.

Music is always that loud you can’t hear yourself think and are yelling when being served.Waited over 10 mins to be served this morning while another staff member was “ busy” unpacking boxes.What happened to customers come first??This isn’t the first time this has happened.store manager is always pushing to spend more. Store was extremely cold today which is very uninviting. Want you to buy things but don’t refund only credit note.

Am sorry to say but the quality of clothing at Rivers stores in general has gone so far downhill that it negates even purchasing the clothing at all. They fall apart so quickly now. You can't even say you get what you pay for anymore. Two stars are for the lovely staff and the clean premises
