Bill at Reid's AC chinchilla did great job but sparky was bloody slow

Easy to get along with & fairly prompt with his work

un professional simply asked if they could let us know when they shut power down next time as I have expensive equipment running the answer i got was nothing short of rude as I told them i couldn't go out replace at a whim damaged goods or lost data as a result of not being shut down safely. I did use please and thank you not good enough for them we are doing you a favour they said while I understand that they may have had other work to go to there is no excuse for bad manners and rude behaviour.they left cause they thought I was yelling at them my voice is a loud voice that carries.
