Lidcombe Dental Practice

Overcharged without the consent. My husband called them and they said the dental cleaning will be charged 160$ with polishing. But on the appointment day, they only did cleaning and charged 230$. On asking they said they had to do some more stuff , and come back for polishing in 1 mnth. Don’t you think you need to notify us before you do something??? How can you overcharge ?Do not believe this center.. total rip off.

The most important thing is the quality of the clean. In my opinion it was lacking and left a lot to be desired.Secondly, the overall experience was not up to the standard of other dentists.

Terrible dentist

Over charged, with no explanation about cost and supprise me at the end of therapy. Before start any practice please advise customer brief cost so they won’t shock.

Gary was amazing , after paying $900 at another dentist for half an hour in the chair and only getting half a root canal, feeling ripped off I was seeking information from another dentist , I was working in lidcombe and noticed this dental practice and Gary gave me all the information plus more and I made myself an appnt for the rest of my procedure. He want like any other dentist whom you will address multiply issues and they say choose one and we will look at that one (and not care nor look at the rest of your teeth) . Gary addressed all the issues and explained everything , he tested all my teeth without seconding guessing me and what I felt. It was so upsetting knowing that the previous dentist whom cost me $900 hadn't even killed all the roots in my tooth and I had paid his to do nothing , I had the proceedure finished and only cost me $350 and spent 1.5 hrs in the chair .. very happy with his service .. the practice itself may not be new and flash with all the high end looking equipment but I'm extremely happy and would recommend this dentist highly especially when it comes for value for money .

I was there to clean my teeth today. When I called him to book an appointment he said he will charge $160 for clean up and polish but today he charged me $235 and he didn't to polish and asked me to make another appointment after a month for polish. Total rip off. I wouldn't go back.

The dentist was available even after hours! I called and told the dentist my problem and he immediately came to the rescue! He fixed my tooth and ensured that I left the practice happy :)

Friendly dentist who cares about his patients! He rang to check up on my tooth after an extraction to make sure all went well. Easy going environment too :)

Garry was happy to see me at short notice late on a Friday afternoon. His service was friendly and professional. I will definitely look him up again.
