My mum is 97 so it is difficult to try to get her to a manicurist. This company is fantastic. We had Hannah & mum said the service was the best she had ever had. We will certainly be getting Hannah back.

What a pleasant experience I had - from easily booking my massage (after receiving a voucher as a gift from my husband) to receiving a text confirmation of the booking and when my therapist was on her way for the appointment. Nancy was professional, pleasant and attentive. I would highly recommend Purely Polished.

They could not fulfill a hairdressing service I had bookedTold me they had refunded me - no problemsNever did the refundA few weeks later I contacted them complaining that I never received my refundThey then initiated it on the day of my complaint so they had not done it when they first stated they had. no apology over the matter or explanation as to why they never refunded me after stating they had.Lucky I noticed the missing money - felt scam likeMoney hasn’t arrived in my account yetWould avoid them now after having to chase up money with them

I contacted them & the prices are wayyyyyyy too much. Definitely not worth the money, I chose not to go ahead with the service.
