Very easy to find. Excellent customer service . Very clean shop. Lady was very friendly and show me how to use a bedside commede. I would highly recommend this place. And would definitely come back.

Absolutely terrible customer service!

SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THEM!They arranged delivery date that never took place.Eventually delivered factory new products with ranging DEFECTS on multiple items. After many heartaches, some items fixed, some replaced with new, some still unusable and unsafe.Another later delivered item (close to $4000) has blotchy leather on prominent visible part, then BREAKS DOWN within 24 hours and traps my disabled wife, had to ask neighbours for help.Twenty five days later, item STILL unusable in STUCK position and no further correspondence on service or new replacement.I don' t know if I should laugh or cry.Is this sort of experience/journey to be expected from a NDIS accredited supplier real?Would give 0 stars, but google requires at least one...

Great Customer ServiceI would like to give a big Thankyou to Krizelle and Abby for their great customer service they have given me when I called over the phone about a scooter and Abby was so helpful and friendly and when I went into the showroom I was served by Krizelle who was just as friendly and professional as Abby. Bought a portable scooter the other day and it was awesome. The staff made sure to answer all our questions about it and she did quite an amazing job to get us the best price for a scooter that can be folded, can be easily transported and put in the boot of the car. She also gave us an idea where to put my shopping as I will use it in the village where I live. I’ll recommend ILS Guildford to my friends and family who might want something for a bargain but the quality is not compromised.
