I first came across Godwin Charli 8 years ago when I moved to Melbourne. One of my all time favourite purchases ensured. This year I went back to Godwin, virtually, now being based in South Australia. The recommendations and virtual fitting were easy and enjoyable. The purchases have arrived and I couldnt be happier. River was so excited to have a suit tailor made by Godwin and was greeted with a warm smile on arrival.Godwin was very meticulous and professional in his craft and tailor measurement! He explained the entire process and was very good at making River who is only 6 years old feel comfortable through out the process, often coming down to his level.Godwin Charli are renowned so we expected an elevated level of service and received just that.Our experience exceeded my expectations, aside from the superior craftsmanship, fit and fabric it was the service provided.Godwin really understood the importance and need for comfort when fitting a young child in a suit while maintaining a tailored fit with room to grow.Clearly a professional in his trade and with vast knowledge of suit tailoring Godwin delivered a suit that made River feel special and confident whilst balancing style and comfort but most importantly the journey to the final product left River considering Godwin a friend which is clearly a result of impeccable service!

A fairly poor experience with a pair of made to measure trousers that were produced no where near correct size. Followed by returning to the store during office hours to find the store closed. No form of apology for either scenario a poor experience overall.
