I used the same company 3 years ago and the service received by Matt was excellent. As I had issues with the Central Heating again, I called last week and after speaking to Dean we arranged for a time a week later . I did say that it was not working and we had no heating. My daughter who is a uni student studying from home and does casual work also arranged to have her shift swapped to be home on the day. Not only did they not attend to the job but I received no courtesy call, apology or reschedule. After calling them several times in the afternoon, where I had to sneak in the calls during work hours, we rescheduled to the following day being today and once again they failed to attend and correspond in any way, even replying to my message. If he did not want to take the job on for whatever reason he should've told me rather than play games. I have never experienced this sort of customer service before and would strongly recommend not to use this company. Most unprofessional, and disappointing company to deal with.

Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Great company he even recommended extra sealant for AC unit to prevent it from leaking in the future. Very knowledgeable.
