Great customer service from start to finish, special thanks to Anne who went above and beyond. Will definitely book again with Avis Wynyard in the future.

Excelent costumer service. We had a flat tyre easter Monday on the car we picked in Hobart, couldn't find a place to fix it as everything was closed. Called Avis Wynyard to see if they have a mechanic that could check our car but Anne offered to swap the cars for us to continue our travels. We arrived 20 min after the called and everything was ready, we just dropped the keys and swap the cars, Anne took care of everything.

Friendly service, it is 20 minute drive to collect vehicle if you arrive by cruising.

Excellent service I have been using them for years.

I took a van from wynyard,7325, Tasmania on Tuesday 26th around 11 am and return back to 9 am on Wednesday 27th. I was told you will be charged 70 bucks and 37 for insurance. I paid 105 and they gave me the invoice. After I return the vehicle now it's showing 175 pending. What's wrong with avis it's totally unfair. I called customer service and they told me I ride over 243ks. I am really unhappy with avis and its really unfair.

Great service staff

Rented numerous times from here, yet more recently it's going downhill. As a preferred customer, there's no express queue so you've got to line up. Cars more recently have high kilometres and excess wear and tear. Check the car tyres. I've had to change car as the tread was poor, certainly not roadworthy. Whilst I didn't question it, as work paid for it, we cancelled a hire car the night before, was still charged for it understandably. Was just surprised they charged us a fuel charge when we didn't use the car. A please explain to Avis customer service certainly led to an entertaining conversation. Suffice to say, found out the car had been rehired out, and I was charged for the other persons fuel.
