Very efficient and responsive. Leanne is super efficient at what she does. Always replied to us almost instantly. Achived the price for the property we were hoping for and with excellent terms. Olivia and team the team has been amazing throughout the process.For us (like many) putting a property on rent which you have built and lived in holds some emotional bondings. And it can be a daunting process. But the way Olivia have accommodated our needs and priorities it was pretty amazing. From the get start when I called to make the enquiry on managing my investment property, Maria who answered my call and sounded she was not feeling well answered in detail all my questions. A͏ dedicated professional who gets the best of resultsLeanne has a vast amount of local knowledge and gave an accurate assessment of the expected value of our home. It was marketed higher to account for fluctuations at the time and through some great negotiations was able to get the upper price of the original assessment. She was punctual and communicated well throughout the sale process and enabled us to conduct a simultaneous settlement on our new house, which she also managed. There were a lot of moving parts and Leanne managed it all in her stride. A dedicated professional who gets the best of results. Thank you Leanne.
