The most amazing trade customer service I have experienced in many years. Nothing was too much trouble and Pat's focus on customer and quality product was brilliant. From an end result I have so happy with the working installation and product. Would definitely recommend Lancaster to anyone who wants a top-notch quality result.

Pat was awesome - really friendly and patient, and loves a good chat too. He got us back in our house after we got locked out (he came really promptly at short notice too). He went above and beyond for us - not only did he unlock the lock for us, but he also noticed the lock we had was faulty, and even took the time to replace it for us with some spare parts he had and assured us it was no trouble - no extra charge, he was just happy to help us out and it made our day. I highly recommend calling Pat if you are locked out of your home!

Great service from a local locksmith. My VW Golf 6 suffered a common problem where the key gets stuck in the lock and won't turn or come out. Lancaster Locksmiths came out in the blazing heat to fix it on the spot... even though it took ages, he stuck to our agreed price. Absolutely top notch work (which is more than I can say fort the VW - it was quite dead!) I'm glad I can rely on looking forward to using this business in the future for any automotive lock snafus.

Pat responded within hours to my call for a quote on rekeying security screen door and as his quote was extremely competitive I accepted immediately. We worked out a suitable time and he arrived right on time and did an excellent job. He was polite and respectful and we enjoyed good conversation. He's a very pleasant man. Pat did such an awesome job to get me back into my apartment on a Sunday evening. It took him only 20 minutes to meet me at my place and less than 5 minutes to open my door. Super nice guy with a lot of experience. If I ever forgot my key inside I'd give Pat a ring. Support your locals!
