Excellent service. The ladies there are very helpful and professional. My daughter and I were running late and they were very understanding and accommodating and willingly served us although they were about to close shop. They were able to quickly identify and recommend the right size for my daughter. It makes buying uniform a breeze. Thank you ladies.

Uniform selection good, but very understaffed, which meant I was waiting over half an hour. They have a queue system to get seen, which would have been helpful to know when i got there. Instead i was waiting at the registers for at least 10 minutes before staff advised me to join the queue, even though they clearly saw me waiting at the registers when I arrived

Went for a couple of quick purchases. Staff were efficient and pleasant. Their products are good quality and long lasting.

Kate and Jen are incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable about the school uniform rules!! Made life easy for us. Thanks ladies

Jennifer did an excellent job in helping my daughter choose her new uniform. She was very efficient and helpful and we were in and out in 30 minutes with all that we needed.

Had a very disappointing and appalling customer service experience at this North Rd outlet. The store manager, who appears to be in her 60’s, should retire - she is grumpy as hell, impatient, rude, and unhelpful. She kept talking over us and is not a very good listener. One of the worst shopping experience ever. Current store manager needs to go, give the store manager role to someone who deserves the title. Please try to treat and service all your customers with courtesy and attentiveness.

I’ve been popping into PSW 2-3 times per year, for many years, for primary and secondary uniform requirements. A huge thank you to Jennifer for always making the process so straight forward - I’ve always been attended to swiftly and at busy times, greeted and then attended to as soon as possible. The team know their stuff, always provide a receipt and outline the return/ refund policy. Thanks for the quality customer service and quality garments!

Great personal customer support but prices are off putting. Easy to park.

First time visited this store the lady who served us was very helpful and patient. Second time someone called 'Jennifer' served us and that was horrible experience. She was rushing and impatient, yelled at my kid every time he tried to touch the uniform. When I asked the prices for different uniforms, her answers were standard 'I don''t know, I have to check the book', when I asked if they have stock for certain uniform, she firstly answered 'yes we have', when I said I will take one her answer changed to 'no we don't have stock', then I asked when the stock will be in, her answer was 'the school no longer needs this type of uniform so won't be any stock at all'. Lastly after I paid for all uniforms and asked to check zippers for all jackets, she literally throw all uniforms to the counter and checked zipper very impatiently as if she will rip everything off.If this store is not the closest from our place I will not return at all, however I will definitely avoid services from 'Jennifer' next time.
