Not the friendliest customer service & no taste testing the ice creams even tho we went in non peak season. Flavours not the best I had macadamia which tasted like vanilla ice-cream with nuts in it. My partner got a choc top with nuts. Cost 10.50$ and had maybe 10 peanuts on it. We later lost a phone and just went in there to ask if it had been found or handed in. The lady worker barely even looked at our face as she said NO .

Average ice cream, small portions and expensive prices. After spending over $80 I asked for an empty paper cup as 1 was getting soggy but I was given a blunt NO. I even asked to pay for it, but the response was weren’t not a packaging business. When I asked for the employee’s name he simply said he was the owner. Good buy forever

Absolutely delicious !! The best ice cream in Port Stephens ! I had a 2 scoop cup pistachio and Hazelnut. Will be back tomorrow for more YUM !!

Me and my wife came here and ordered a Banana split costing $12.50 and a choc mint sundae costing $12.50.This was my first time eating a banana split. Everything about this dish was amazing. All the flavours combined together perfectly, The chocolate, strawberry and peanuts were all perfectly balanced and there wasn't anything overpowering aspects within.The service was excellent as the young lady that served me was friendly which made the place feel warm and welcoming.If you are looking for somewhere that sells tasty icecream with good service and a perfect view then I would definately recommend checking this place out.

An amazing collection of ice creams. Staff are friendly and service is quick, even when there's a line out the door. Very popular place for an afternoon treat or an after dinner dessert with a walk around the marina.

We go here often as a family.Great quality ice cream with a big variety of ice cream and sorbets.My mother had an iced coffee which was a meal within itself" as generous as it was - there was the absolute quality of the ingredients

What makes one ice cream parlour better than another?Easy… Great location, great ice cream and great customer service!You can’t ask for a better location. On the marina at Nelson Bay. Say no more.The ice cream is lovely. The consistency and texture is always good and so so many great flavours to choose from. (Hint: their salty pistachio is excellent)Customer service is fantastic. We got there once about 5mins after they closed. The owner saw us looking in so he opened the door and gave us a choice of whatever was still available. Beat that!

Icecream was relatively nice and we came by on a pretty quiet day so were served quite quickly. Staff were friendly but felt it was very strange that they don't allow tastings. Been around the world to so many icecream places... Never been refused to taste test, but I get that it's their shop and they make the rules! Bit disappointing though as it comes across as very unfriendly and makes the experience less enjoyable. I hope tourists don't take it as commonplace as an Australian thing :( Otherwise, the icecream itself was nice and it's in a lovely spot. They offer milkshakes and thickshakes too which is tempting.

LOVED it here.Staff were lovely, quick service.Pricing is very appropriate for their quality.The pancakes were great, the ice-cream is delicious and the sundaes are lovely.Highly rate this venue, it's our 3rd visit - we'll be back before heading home!
