I recently attended demonstrations for Miele Induction and oven cooking and was impressed on both occasions by the clarity and quality of the information shared. I feel much better equipped to make the most of my new appliances and am confident that I can take my cooking to a new level. Service and friendliness from the staff and cooks at Newstead can't be faulted.

Very nice showroom. Staff are all very nice and accommodating. They all know their information or they will find someone who can help. It has been nearly 2 years since we bought our dishwasher and we come here to buy their products. Unfortunately when we spruced up our kitchen, the plumber broke one of the legs. When I called to see if they had any in stock, they didn't. However they were very kind and explained that they only ship out to us but did it right then and there on the phone. Love my Miele dishwasher.

For a premium brand they offer poor service.We want to redeem “6 month supply” of twin dos detergent. The sensitive is the same price as the standard detergent but the voucher code didn’t work. When I called Miele “they said that’s the way it works”Last Miele appliance we will ever buy

I have always had meile products however I’ve been frustrated with the aftercare and after what’s happened in the last couple of months with them I’ll never use them again. I purchased a new washing machine and on day of installation the guys advised they could only install on the floor/ground. My machine and dryer sat on a drawer. No one in the show room mentioned this to me at time of purchase. I sent them away with their machine and had a cabinet maker remove the drawer and re-jig my cabinet. I go back to meile to purchase the same machine. I showed the sales assistant a photo of the space the machine was going into and explained the history. She advised me it should be fine, as I pointed out the machine would need to be fitted slightly off the ground. The guys arrived today to fit new machine. They removed my old machine, which was still working, then they advised me that they couldn’t do the job and it’s not flat on the ground, even though I’d checked this at time of purchase. They said their boss advised them they couldn’t install. I was told I could have my cabinet maker install the machine but as it wouldn’t be installed my a meile technician it wouldn’t be covered under warranty!! So I advised them to take machine away. They left without letting me know they were finished. I didn’t sign anything. I then tried to use my machine that was working before hand and now it’s not working!! I’ve been on hold for so long to meile, trying to get someone to come back and fix my machine. I’ve been into their showroom this morning. This is where I bought the machine. I wasn’t rude I just explained I was very disappointed and I’d like the guys to come back and fix my machine and I’d like my money back. It’s almost lunchtime and still nothing. It’s very inconvenient not having a washing machine in working order. I won’t buy Meile again. Very frustrated and disappointed.

My wife and I recently did a masterclass at the Brisbane Miele experience centre and it was AWESOME! Great food, great location, very informative..... a fantastic way to spend a few hours.

My kitchen appliances are mostly ordered from Miele Brisbane and they are all still working fine but not too sure about how to use each functions especially for microwave and oven so I asked couple of staff members including manager however I was told to read the paper manuals until the last page but they are too thick and not easy to understand so that’s the why I went there directly and have spoken with them and then had disaster experience.Another thing is after I submitted my online form for the cooking master class through the website, they rang me up and I was forced to be canceled because I already made a contract and paid a deposit to Miele at that time. Very unfair and unprofessional services with no consideration for customers.

Be prepared for a very long wait on hold if you try to call for service. Be prepared to wait a very long time for a technician to come to your house. This has been an ongoing issue for Miele Australia for years. Happy to sell you the product, which, happily is good. The backup is appalling.They need more phone staff, more technicians. Simple as that.

I have had Miele kitchen appliances for years and buy a new one when we move every two years. I love to cook and my Miele Oven really brings my cooking to the next level. I have found the service and support over the years fabulous. I particularly love their experience centre where you can attend and learn about your appliance, in a very professional environment. You are made to feel welcome and no question is stupid! They genuinely want you to learn so you get the most out of your appliances. wonderful food is also cooked and is shared with us to sample. Thank you Miele.

Ordered a dishwasher in March. It is is now December and I still don't have it. I was told the the original wait would be a few months.Delivery scheduled for early December the date went past with no contact from the service centre or headoffice. Very poor service. We all know there are global logistics issues but to let multiple delivery dates pass with no contact or apology is terrible.

My 10 year old Miele Washing Machine died 2 weeks ago, F50 fault. Major! After contacting nearly every appliance service repair company in Brisbane there were 2 companies able to come out : one of them was Miele - date 8 April so nearly 3 weeks wait! The other company came: motherboard problems. COSTS $700 (after 4 days a reply was received from Miele). Well, I won't buy a Miele washing machine again, 10 years is not that long!! I am also not impressed with the Miele service call wait.
