We been there on Sunday 19 Dec. 2021, very dirty place, we cleaned our table but dirt all around us; look at the photos.Coffee quality was poor; was a mistake to drink there while several cafe are indoor.I tried Starbucks in other places but it’s a mistake to buy their coffee in Melbourne. We had good experience in overseas but not in Australia. Don’t waste your money to lose your appetite!!!

One of the busiest places in Chadstone, but for good reason. Coffees are consistently great but the staff here make it worth the wait. Whether they have a line out the door (frequently) or it's just a handful of people in the store they are always friendly, patient and understanding.Special shout out to Helen, Nat and Ally for keeping all of Chadstone caffeinated!

The coffee wasn’t too bad. The pastry would’ve been delicious if it wasn’t four days old. The atmosphere was great, but that was thanks to my friends alone.

Today we celebrate my mother in law birthday there. everything about this place was amazing to me and to everyone who came. I usually come twice a week with my sister to have our coffee and brunch.This place is definitely a gem. All of their drinks are amazing. We always struggle choosing which drink to get as everything is delicious and tasty amazing.staff are super friendly and professional. Very welcoming, Exceptional service.Specially a big thanks to ABENY who mad this evening a super special to my mother in law. Very unique staff to have. Always has a smile on her face. Happy to help . Thank you ABENY.

Massive shop with large space for dining in. The coffee (cappuccino) was ok and was not hot. The donut we ordered was again ok as it was tasteless. There is a long queue always so we need to wait a long time to order. Am not sure we will visit this place again.

Just gotta queue for like 10mins. But there's always lots of seating and you can study here.They make the matcha here with the top being mostly foam which is very annoying, especially when paying $8, you expect the drink to be full of... drink, not foam.Came here again 26/09, 1:10pm - my drink was 40% foam and I asked them to redo it, the girl on the iced drinks said it’s supposed to be like that. Like no? I paid for the drink I did not pay for the foam. Highly disappointed.

Worst starbucks store. Inconsistent quality. My matcha latte is 80% ice lol. The coffee taste different every time, dont know whether its the poor training or the coffee machine. Staff dont apologize for wrong orders

One of the best places to get coffee in Chaddy. The store is usually busy. Friendly staff and plenty of seats inside the store.
