Expensive compared with other laundrettes. $5 for a cold wash only machine vs $4 in the city with hot water. Hot on the dryer is more like a medium heat. Upside is they have a good amount of washers (7) and dryers (10).

Great location and facilities but my washing came out a little smellier than I put it I think although machines are said to be cleaned daily I dint think they are maybe emptied only, they looked unclean with leftover stuff in them, maybe you need to clean and sanitise all machines.

Clean and well presented also being able to do cashless payment was a pleasant change

Well maintained machines, washing and drying, very clean laundry business throughout. Washing detergent and softener available on site. In house laundry service available (check business website). Not sure though why it should cost a dollar extra for a warm washing cycle and another dollar on top of that for a hot washing cycle. That's a first. Also disappointed that on a hot and humid February day, the fan and refrigerated air-conditioner on-site was operating with the laundromat's front doors propped open allowing the hot and humid air to render the cooling units useless. Complete waste of electricity.

I have been coming here since November 2020..It pretty clean and tidy place.. lots of parking easy access. Seperate washing machines for clothes of animals..I really like that... never had any problemone of the best laundries in Darwin...Keep up guys..

Customer service was the worst i have ever experienced!Abusive owner who needs to be taught customer service!I rang the owner because the machine would not take the tokens, what a mistake that was..... she went from 0-100 in 3 seconds and started the abuse and swearing.I told her its no way to talk to a customer but she went on to swear even more.Great to see her try blame me for my bad experience!Take responsibility and learn how to speak to customers!!!
