Have to say we were rapt with your professionalism from beginning to end. Robert - our sales guy, was immediately warm and likable - we liked him so much that we decided to go ahead with Mannix on the spot, cancelling a quote from another business afterwards. The installer guys were equally impressive - warm, friendly and efficient. This is the second time we've used Mannix in 19 years and are more than happy to recommend them to you if you're thinking of installing air con.

We had our new reverse cycle air conditioning system installed last week. From our initial enquiry through to installation the customer experience was excellent. Scott at the Lonsdale office provided excellent service and information. Also the installation team carried out a quick and efficient installation with no mess, so much so we are now using them to install our Solar system.

Robert and Wayne from Mannix at Lonsdale were great. We just moved house, the old evap unit packed it in right before summer and we decided to try and get a new ducted reverse cycle in before Santa hit town. I did not think it could happen. One trip to see Rob and he got it sorted almost there and then. Wayne popped out and jumped in the roof to check we were good and within two weeks it was all installed in one day. Evap unit gone, old gas heater in the roof gone and we could not be happier with our Panasonic 18kw unit. Thanks guys.
