Excellent service. Katie was such a help today she gives you all the time you need and is very calm with the customers. She didnt let me leave until i got what i needed and made sure i was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend her and this shop.

service was not very good. today, we were served by a woman at the counter and she did not seem very friendly. she and the other woman working seemed like they did not want to serve us. we were buying a bag and wanted a nice and new bag. they brought out this bag that had two massive dents (front and back) and refused to get us another one. this bag was also not cheap (above $100). i have never had any bad experiences with this store until now unfortunately. not very happy.

Customer service is terrible, especially the older blonde haired women has no manners. They place full priced items in with the discounted item and hope you dont realise at the check out.

I had a walk-in the store and saw a bag I like on special I was asking my partner a question if I should get it or not. And the worker there apparently said I was swearing when I did not swear my partner did not swear either terrible customer service then escorted me out when I had told I was going to buy an item

Went here to buy a bag, customer service is very very poor. The older lady at the counter doesn’t even have a smile on her face yet even a thank you after purchase. I will never support this branch at Merrylands - yet they have a very small variety and choices anyway.
