Firstly, the product is amazing! My husband is recovering from ACL surgery and it’s been the best for icing his knee. It fits well and the packs stays cold for quite some time!Secondly, the customer service was amazing! Belinda went out of her way to have our order delivered to us before surgery date which was on a public holiday. She went above and beyond.I have since bought a knee compression pack for my nephew who’s also had ACL and he loves it!Highly recommend this product!!

The RE3 is the best post-knee surgery product I have ever used. Just had my 4th knee op and heading to a 5th in six months, and the RE3 has given me pain an swelling relief like nothing before. I even took it to show my orthopaedic surgeon and he was impressed! I can't recommend this product highly enough!

The customer service was awesome, I went to pick it up from their factory in Port Melbourne, and the lady who I was dealing with was awesome. As soon as I opened the package I noticed the quality of the packaging and I knew it would be an awesome product. I have been using it for a few days now and it is extremely comfortable and locks right onto your shoulder and provides massive relief.The cold that the ice packs produce feels different to a standard ice pack, it feels like it penetrates deeper into the muscle. Highly recommended this product!

Customer service was impeccable! Even arranged for it to be delivered after I initially asked for click and collect. Product is quality, I just had knee surgery yesterday and this ice pack is fantastic - stays cold for ages and gets through the big bandages I have on!

Amazing product, even better people. I had been struggling to manage swelling of my leg post surgery and called this place up on a Sunday. They weren't open but still answered the phone. After hearing my struggles the lady said she'd drive to the store, open up for 5mins, sell me the product, then close again. An absolute legend. Cannot thank her enough.The product itself has been very useful, much easier and less annoying to deal with than actual ice.

I've recently had reconstructive surgery on my ACL. The RE3 has been an amazing product and has gone along way in assisting with my recovery thus far. It is effective, easy to use, and the ice pack remains cold for long duration's on end. You just can't lose!On top of that, the customer service from Belinda and her team is incredible to say the least. I ordered an additional ice pack so that I could increase my usage and have greater flexibility at home/work. Belinda was able to arrange next day express shipping to avoid any delays with the forthcoming public holiday. This was at no extra cost!Furthermore, I accidentally ruptured the Ice Pack as i carelessly slammed the freezer door on it... This was by no means a reflection on the quality of the Ice Pack - but rather a lapse in concentration from myself aha! To my delight, Belinda without hesitation, provided a replacement pack at no extra cost - this was also expressed shipped to me!I can't recommend the RE3 products highly enough. My surgeon and physio have been impressed with the progress of the knee regarding how quickly the swelling has reduced in 2 weeks since the operation. I can only give credit to the RE3 Ice Compression Pack as a result of this.I very rarely leave reviews on any products - however I wanted to share my experience so others can enjoy similar benefits of such a high quality product. Having a sports injury isn't great, however the road to recover has been so much easier with the RE3!

If you want happy knees look no further ! If you have knee issues , whether it be short term, ongoing maintenance or a full knee replacement then do not hesitate to buy this awesome homegrown product. While simple it just works and for the quality of materials is a bit of a bargain. I picked mine up from Port Melbourne as I was in a hurry for a knee pain solution, and was so stoked I bought a 2nd one for a friend that is about to have a knee replacement. I recommend the surgical pack which has an extra ice pack and especially if living in a hotter climate. This knee unit provides a large iced area and is a very very cold output for the right amount of time (20/30 minutes). Clearly this is a well researched and executed product as the various fabrics that it is made of also ensure comfort and fit.Also, will fit the largest of humans.Highly Recommend

What a product!!! I’m recovering from an ankle surgery and I wish I order the RE3 ankle/wrist compression sooner. It’s honestly the best thing ever. No more frozen peas, that’s history now. I also suffer from hamstring injuries playing footy and I’m looking forward to using the knee/arm/leg compression pack I purchased too. Thank you RE3
