She Births was so transformational for me, I was really afraid of birth before doing Nadine's course and it changed my whole perspective on birth. I did her course twice - for both my babies, who were both born complication free in water just how I envisioned my births to be.The course not only empowered me with the knowledge and the tools to birth, it also really prepared and empowered my husband. I feel empowered and wish to share with others this was the best start to our parenting journey and invite every parent-to-be to take part in this course together. You will see the change in yourself after the course like you see the difference in yourself between being a teenager and becoming an adult. You can only see it looking back not while you live it. I know for certain I will be able to help my wife because, as Men, we are not educated on how we can support our wives during birth.

I purchased the online course and found it a fantastic online option for antenatal education. I had previously attended a face to face course for my first pregnancy and decided to do an online course to refresh my knowledge and further the 'tools in my kit' for my third. I found this course to be very comprehensive with plenty of resources and nice bite sized videos to work through (especially as a mum of two who needs to tackle learning in small chunks of time).Empower yourself with skills and knowledge and embrace this momentous life event without fear!

A brilliant course to do with my partner. We both left with so much knowledge, tips and tricks for the last few months of pregnancy and labour. Sarah was fantastic and very nurturing, she made us feel at ease about the whole experience. The video content felt a little outdated, it would have been good to see more recent birth stories. The booklet provided added value and I’m looking forward to reading through it in my own time. Would absolutely recommend the course to friends and family!

Nadine and the Shebirths team have created such a comprehensive and uplifting birthing course that leaves you feeling informed, capable and excited about giving birth and raising a child. My husband and I attended the weekend face to face course with Nadine and walked away with so many tools to help me have an enjoyable 3rd trimester and prepare for labour. What a wonderful experience I had with She births. From my first course online in lock down 2020 to my second much more hands on in 2022. She births helped me prepare my mind, body and spirit for a magical birth. It was a beautiful journey leaving both my husband and I feeling supported and guided. My husband Adam and I can not recommend She Births enough. We did the course with Nadine on the weekend in Byron. Adam feels after doing the course he is so well equipped to support me in birth and hold space. Birth is such an important right of passage that we are so excited to enter in with love and respect. I loved every single bit of content but especially the breathing techniques and active birth techniques Adam and i can continue to practice leading up to birth.
