These guys are amazing. Fast, efficient and reliable. I put my car in for a few different reasons and it now runs better than the day I bought it. Sam, Steve and the whole team are definitely worth paying a visit to. 4.9 star rating. 0.01 taken off because nobody is perfect...but they come very close.

Highly recommend, very honest and helpful.After purchasing used vehicle with a current rwc pass I had them check the vehicle over. They were extremely thorough and highlighted some rather unsafe defects with vehicle. It's nice to know that there are still some honest automotive repairers out there that have peopled safety in mind and are not just making numbers.Will be returning to them with any further work needed on my vehicles.Keep up the good work team.

Disappointing unorganised poor communication and service.Location and space outside garage challenging very small spaceLeft our car overnight for completion of service work in which they ran battery dead causing revisits several times to rectify.Cost high fot iniitiall service and any repairs rectified.Battery required recharging before collection only to discover codes had been severely interrupted leaving engine light on until rectified which was never on b4 work done on car at least no charge 4 rectifying issue due to the acknowledgement by this garage which was a reliefHad used their service a few times b4 which was OK however prices quite highWe have discovered a great place for your car services etc with gr8 price excellent customer service as well as car service whom we will now utilise

Some misunderstandings aside. You guys did a fantastic job repairing my BMW. It was not an easy job replacing the turbos yet you guys managed to do a flawless job. Thank you!

Took my car to the kia experts at von bibra and $700 later no better off. Go to motive mechanical and problem solved I can not thank them enough.transparent ,honest ,reliable . Not what you normally hear from most mechanics reviews. Make them your one stop shop.

Found Motive on Social Media and started following them, their honesty and transparency was refreshing to listen too. (and their sense of humour).After giving them a try, I have now taken my leased car away from the local Toyota Dealer and all the servicing is done by Motive Mechanical.. They are better value and far better communication than the dealer in my opinion.They have an App which you can book a service quickly, and gives updates and allows you to approve all works before they start on your car and send messages if you dont have time to call.Recently my partners daughter had a problem with the clutch pedal in her car.. The mechanic she normally goes too said it looks like the engine needs a rebuild.. We took the car to Motive for a 2nd opinion, Of course, only the Clutch Master cylinder needed to be replaced and we took the opportunity for a service.. all quoted and approved before commencing (plus they fitted us in with next to no notice).Good old fashioned honest people, who do great work and dont charge an arm and a leg.... If you're looking for a good mechanic, you've found the place...Update: 12 months (plus) down the road and the above hasn’t changed… always incredibly helpful, looked after my car, my partners car, my trailer for some custom work , nothing is too much trouble for them.. always responsive.And their Social Responsibility is brilliant too, recently raffling a heap of items to raise money for men’s health .. awesome family business.

Steve and the team always do a great job with our Pajero. And are very well priced. Highly recommend them.

Front staff are very friendly and professional, always following up and helping when they can. Got my quotes back quickly. Mechanics were very open and truthful aswell as friendly too. Definitely recommend! Had my Rav 4 Serviced here, amazing report. Also got an in-depth diagnosis on another vehicle, I am very happy with everything.

The team at Motive provided excellent customer service recently when my Ranger blew a gasket.I will definitely be taking my car back.
