Potential to be a great space - when we visited today the locals had taken over - up in the lookout - underneath in the seating area and in the bushland all around. Made it hard to take and photos without causing offence - they were nice enough to us and us to them - but had left lots of rubbish all around and place smelt real dirty. Bummer!

Great view of the ocean but a bunch of Aboriginals were camped out under a tree very near by and we were a little uncomfortable with that in addition to all the garbage and bottles that they and others left there. Tried to buy a bottle of wine there and needed photo ID because they limit what can be purchased at each and all stores - one shop keeper said they have problems with Aboriginals drinking too much so they restrict everyone.

Amazing shade roof by the Broome Senior School Girls. It’s a shame there’s some pigs that leave empty beer cartons and bottles all around such a beautiful spot. My mum was visiting from UK
