The rooms were very clean and well stocked, had everything and then some. The breakfast basket is very well priced and tasty. Staff were super helpful. Great place for families.

Beware room 15!! The mattress felt like it was full of rocks, although I'm sure rocks are softer. It's a shame really because the rest of the room was fine and all the staff were very friendly. Very central place, close to a number of eating places.

Rooms were small but good.Rooms are a bit different with a 'shed theme' with bright white lights and corrugated tin. This is done for effect, they are solid rooms. Older place done up this way for effect.Beds were good.

Always stay here when in Dubbo. Rooms are large and beds super comfy. Fast food across the road and delicious Indian and Vietnamese restaurants within a block. Highly Recommend.

Great cozy rooms with all the necessities, great hot showers to work out the kinks. Even has beers and board games available to keeps everyone happy. Only a short 10 min walk to good pub meals. Or across the street for fast food outlet.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff were very accommodating and very friendly.2 bedroom suite was amazing. The beds were so comfortable. PoolWas just as amazing. Will be staying here again
