We had a wonderful experience dealing with the team especially Anthony. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff made chosing what we needed so much easier. Nothing was to much trouble and if we needed any helpful information they were a phone call away. The instore displays are very well done and made it so much easier to chose what we required.

So many issues with the poor customer service I received from Harpers Bathroom Cambridge. Ordered $8,000 worth of items and they stuffed up so much stuff. Wrong sized plugs, smashed toilet, incorrect delivery dates of items multiple times causing lots of issues with our build and getting a completion certificate. Cost us thousands of dollars in their stuff ups. Would not recommend.

We brought all our bathroom stuff from there and they said yes we have it all which they didn't when ask to deliver i received half and was told the rest is on the way.When received was damaged. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I was absolutely delighted when Harper's at Cambridge Park offered to replace my cracked vanity top free of charge, even though the crack had not been their fault. I got a free replacement, no questions asked, on the same day! This is remarkable service.
