Clementine Posy

You only get good flowers if you pay double the price. You have to specifically say they are for a wedding, even though they are for a baby's death, anniversary and a wedding. I would have gotten better flowers and more time in my bouquet. Even though I went in a month prior, was specific with what I needed: baby's breath and euculptus. Then they rang 15 minutes before pick up on the day and those things were not available. My options were to accept it or get a refund and have no flowers. I got a wilted main flower and the daisies were wilted. I didn't just complain here, I tried to work it out. All I wanted was a genuine apology, instead all the communication was it was my fault as I didn't say the word wedding so we could charge you double to get the good flowers. It was not fair or right to blame me and I'm so disappointed how the flowers looked. Even if I just go in or get any flowers I expect them to look good for at least that day and one after.Fact one: came into store and ordered flowers. Told it must have baby's breath and euculptus.Fact two: rang 15 minutes before pick up and said didn't have it.Photos provide evidence of what they looked like on the day of pick up.Instead of saying sorry they just felt the need to really highlight the 'decepection' instead of addressing the two facts.

Upon receiving the arrangement it was beautiful and well presented by 24hours all the roses had wilted... I called immediately and was told to bring the arrangement back in I was happy to see that it would be remedied these things happen. Up until I went to pick the arrangement up and I was told it happened as the oasis was dry... at this pont im annoyed they blamed me the customer for the fact they were old roses and sprayed antheriums that flopped... I emptied the water as I had to travel in the car to return it to the premises.. but the foam itself was still wet

Really disappointed. Paid $80 for the bunch of flowers pictured for my mother in law. Looked deceiving when I received them as they put so much wrapping/paper to make them look bigger. The tulips also never bloomed.

There is nothing to say expect what a talented amazing bunch Ash and her team at Clementine Posy are.We finally got married after COvId prevented us from doing so 3 times and during these times Clementine Posy were extremely professional, sympathetic and helpful.The day of the wedding arrived and my flowers were nothing but exceptional. Exactly what I wanted. When I arrived at the venue I was blown away by the amazing talent of Ash and her team.The venue was breath taking with the beautiful flowers Ash and her team organised for our event. The colours were amazing, the flowers gorgeous and the comments I received were truly a reflection of Clementine Post’s true attention to detail.Communication was exceptional, the team were professional from beginning to end - I’m so glad we used Clementine Posy and would highly recommend them for any of your floral needs.

The team at Clementine Posy went above and beyond to flower my bridal shower and our wedding. From the very first meeting, they made us feel welcome and part of their family. I used Clementine Posy 9 years ago for my wedding, my sister used them 3 years ago for her wedding and so when our Mum passed we knew we needed to forgo the usual funeral flowers and head straight to CP. The flowers were divine as expected. And the girls ensured there were personal touches from both weddings included. Something they didn’t need to do but really sums up their incredible attention to detail. Clementine Posy will forever be our go to.

Since the wedding last year, we have been fortunate enough to secure our family Christmas photos at the beautiful Clementine studio. Our very first family Christmas photo was last year with our fur baby and we will continue this along throughout the years as our family tradition. This year we will have 2 fur babies to bring to the studio....but who knows what else the future may hold. It just feels so special that we will be able to look back on all these memories in the years to come and we love that Clementine Posy are a part of all of the special events of our lives.
