Expensive coffee, undrinkable, tasted burnt and rancid, would have taken it back but hit the road before trying. Cakes and pastries looked good

Ordered a pie and coffee. Staff were not too friendly and couldn't remember that the coffee they made was mine (I was just sitting outside with my baby).

Staff are friendly and good service but the $5 minimum card transaction is very frustrating.I will often go elsewhere as a result of this. It makes no sense, you are loosing customers and making them unhappy. Come on and get with the times.

The worst customer services I ever experienced in my life. I paid and asked if I can change to something else within like a minute , she said I couldn’t change it to something else. I was the only customer but she was also too busy talking to her 2 friends in her language. If the owner read this, please consider to find someone else to work there I’m more than happy to provide my feedback if it’s necessary.I visited this place around 4pm on the 6th of Nov.

Had lunch here today a homemade steak pie. It was tasty and staff were nice as always, worth a visit if wanting a pie in Airlie.
