The best place in Mornington to go for your steak. Cooked to perfection( and i mean any cut of meat to choose from ).The sublime 50 days beef tender eye fillet was to die for indeed... with the best generous fries and delicious sauces..Agh..We love going there. We would highly recommend it and will definitely be back. The quality of the steaks is exceptional and you can pair it with a great wine too( the variety of good vines is also impressive.If you are in the area, you should definitely pop by in this culinary gem and have an unforgetable best steak" experience."

We came for dinner after a day at the Mornington Peninsula hot spring. Only 30min drive from the hot spring.The food was amazing! It looks simple in the photos but the taste was just so good. I had the chairman Wagyu steak which was one of the best steaks I have tasted. The baked Camembert was devine. Even the baked jacket potato tasted so good.The staff was friendly and attentive too. Great wines selection from the region.We will be back if we are in town again.

Wow, the first word that comes to mind. You know that feeling when your taste buds get the thrill that makes you lose your mind? This is the place. Top food that literally melts in your mouth and service that deserve a good tip. Well done to the staff. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

We had lunch at squires loft. Service was amazing definitely made sure we had everything we needed. I had t-bone steak asked for medium-rare was a little bit on the rarer side then I would have liked. Other people on the table said steaks weren't cooked they way they wanted either. Definitely not worth the price they charge as it only came with one side not even a salad. I also believe I was over charged but paid with cash so no way to prove it. The place was also freezing cold not much different to outside.Sorry but I don't think I will be going back anytime soon...

Returned last night. Our Black Angus 250g Fillets were perfect. The ambience is excellent but what I don’t understand is that about 8:45pm whilst Nora Jones was serenading us as we were enjoying our meal, they started vacuuming and cleaning. There goes the ambience. Why create a lovely atmosphere but then commence cleaning.? There would have been at least 12 diners still eating.

Friday night and packed. Eye fillet cooked to perfection. Pretty much the best beef... chips and salad good also. Had the green pepper sauce which was good, but their baste is nothing short of excellent.Wine selection was varied and good with some good local reds. Exec the staff were good, and enjoyed some good banter through the evening.My only complaint is ambiance, Iess flowers and more brick and wood and maybe dim the lights.

Wonderful place to take family or friends. The Staff were very friendly and gave suggestions for the drinks and food when asked for.The Char grilled prawn skewers were amazing.The Steaks + Jalapeno sause was a perfect combination.Over all Great and quality service will definitely visit again.

The. Best. Steak. Period. The baste was created by geniuses. You can smell it as you walk up the street and it’s to die for. Service is perfection. The complimentary warm bread at the start is always incredible too.
